At last a new development from the much anticipated sequel Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.  Warner Bros. had released the very first character posters featuring portrait shots Jude Law as Dr. Watson and Robert Downey Jr. as the famous detective Sherlock Holmes.  Feast your eyes over the posters after the jump.

Premise: Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey, Jr.) and his longtime trusted associate, Doctor Watson (Jude Law), take on their arch-nemesis, Professor Moriarty (Jared Harris), with the help of Holmes's older brother Mycroft Holmes (Stephen Fry) and a gypsy named Sim (Noomi Rapace).

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows will premiere on Philippine theaters on January 2012 starring Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, Rachel McAdams, Noomi Rapace, and Stephen Fry. Directed by Guy Ritchie from Legendary Pictures distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
