Hot chicks, hot tempered guys, guns, drugs, fast cars and a lot of attitude. That is how The Fast and the Furious Franchise is known to all the fans all over the globe. Now the Franchise is back with yet another blazing chapter on the series. Bringing back the original cast from the first movie, Vin Diesel (The Pacifier, xXx) and Paul Walker (Flags of Our Fathers, Eight Below) once again reunites as Dominic Toretto and Agent Brian O'Conner respectively. Joining them are the hotties Michelle Rodriguez (Resident Evil, Lost) who will play the daredevil Letty Ortiz and Jordana Brewster as Dom's sister and Brian's ex, Mia Toretto(Chuck, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning).

Set in the events between 2Fast 2Furious and Tokyo Drift, The Movie starts with Dom and Letty leading a team of hijackers who is planning to steal an oil tanker. They almost didn't succeed but with Dom's skill, the hijack is a success. Everything seems so right on Dom and Letty's life but not until Letty is murdered. Because of Letty's death, Dom crosses paths again with Brian. Learning that they both are looking for the same man, they are forced to reteam and settle long overdue feud and prejudices. Now both armed with guns and fast monster cars, Dom and Brian is on the hunt for Letty's killer.

First of all I haven't watched the first movie in the Franchise (shame on me) so I can't really compare the two. But I found this installment so cool and action packed. Though I really expect more scenes with parties and hot woman for this kind of flick. The movie is more of a mystery crime solving movie. I enjoyed the car chases but not as much as Tokyo Drift. I can't say that the reunion of cast is nostalgic since I haven't seen the first one but it I commend the production for trying their best to get them all back despite some of them are really not planning to do this installment. Michelle Rodriguez is one of those stars that are not so Girly but still hot and sexy. She is a perfect actor to play a daredevil stunt girl and still manages to heat up a man's adrenalines like Vin Diesel's.

Director Justin Lin did a good job with this installment. I liked his work in Tokyo Drift. Not too impressed though. Special mention goes to Chris Morgan for writing a good story and been able to stitch the whole franchise and create a concrete plot. At first you will not notice that this is an interquel, not until you see this character that you thought dead. I'm not spoiling who is that character, they also managed to make that character look a lot more younger.

To sum everything up, Fast and Furious is an action packed action-mystery movie. New model equiped with the original parts makes the whole movie experience worth one ride. Distributed by Universal Pictures and with association with Relativity Media, Fast and Furious will start its engines today, April 2 nationwide.

So buckle up and enjoy the ride.
