The long been waited trailer is now up! 20th Century Fox just released the first trailer of X-Men First Class in the official Facebook page. Watch it here after the jump.
Premise:
The film is a prequel to the first three movies, set during the 1960s, with John F. Kennedy as president of the United States. X-Men: First Class parallels the history of Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X. The villains of the film will be the Hellfire Club. The plot is as follows:
"Before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Before they were archenemies, they were the best of friends, working together, with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop the greatest threat the world has ever known. In the process, a rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men."
Hmmm, still having mix emotions about this film but at least there are some good points on the movie like Emma Frost and Beast.
As far as the story is concerned I think they are going on the right track. Still keeping an open mind on this.
