Gordon-Levitt is the Holiday Killer in The Dark Knight Rises, Juno Temple Joining?

Warner bros. just confirmed Joseph Gordon Levitt's character in the Dark Knight Rises.  From an exclusive scoop, Variety had broken the rumor mill by revealing what the fans are waiting for months.  Here is an excerpt from the article:

Speculation has run rampant regarding the role, with blogs pegging the part as The Riddler or Deadshot, but insiders tell Variety that Gordon-Levitt will be playing Alberto Falcone, the son of Mafia chieftain Carmine Falcone, the character Tom Wilkinson played in "Batman Begins."

Alberto Falcone also known as "Holiday (Killer)", first came out in the comic book on the famous "The Long Halloween" arc.  Known to be neglected by his father by not letting him join the syndicate, Alberto is transformed in to an entity that spreads death among Gotham by killing criminals.  Not sure if the film will use the same premise but I'm sure Nolan knows what he is doing.  Now that it is official, it seems that the Inception Reunion is continuing to grow with Tom Hardy helming the character of Bane and Marion Cotillard waiting for final confirmation.

Wait, we are not finished yet.  Another actor is rumored to be joining the cast.  She is none other than Juno Temple.  I remember watching her in "Wild Child".  She has this charm the same with Renee Zellweger that I really like.  Warner haven't released a final casting for Juno but rumors says that she will be playing "a street-smart Gotham girl".  Now people starts speculating to what she will be playing.  Here are the candidates: Holly Robinson (Selina kyle's apprentice), Stephanie Brown (4th Robin), Harley Quinn (Joker's assistant) and Betty Kane (Batwoman).

It looks like The Dark Knight Rises' cast is getting crowded.  Does this spell tragedy for the film?  I really hope not.
