The long wait is over.  Marvel Studios finally released the very first full length theatrical trailer for Joss Whedon's The Avengers complete with never before seen footage from the film.  Watch the trailer after the jump.




Everything seems what we've all been expecting.  It looks marvelous, epic and badass.  But I guess the studio is still not ready to show us who is the real villain.  Of course we saw Tom Hiddleston there as Loki beating the crap out of Cap (Chris Evans) and Thor (Chris Hemsworth) but those massive explosion looks like he really got some helping hands despite the fact that he can do it himself with his power.  And that short teaser of the Hulk looks tasty.  Looking forward to see more footage on next trailers.
